A Little bit About Me

  Hi, there! I am Lara Augusta!  I am a Brazilian native who thrives in providing you with the tools and guidance to deepen your understanding of yourself, your personal and professional relationship dynamics, and seeing you through a process of greater awareness of what brings you joy and heightened levels of satisfaction in your life.  I utilize both breakthrough neuroscience and psychology practices in my work with clients.  Using distilled techniques and acute energy shifting, I help my clients to identify their inner knowing and develop actionable plans to advance their lives under their own terms. 

I embrace a multicultural, multi-passionate approach to training as well as coaching, and offer a fresh, unique perspective to individuals and groups I partner with. I have lived, studied, and worked in Brazil, Canada, China, Switzerland, Russia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. My travels have taken me to 57+ countries.  It is from this expansive and varied experiences that I deliver a deep and rich transformative experience.

Since pivoting from International Relations to corporate training over a decade ago, I have led numerous successful personal and professional enhancements programs for top organizations in biotechnology, insurance, sports, food, hospitality, and entertainment industries, including the Olympic Movement. I am a devoted student and facilitator in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D.E.I.), Core Energy Leadership Coaching, Energy Leadership Index (E.L.I.), Social-Emotional Learning and Positive Intelligence (PQ).
